The StaticSyncSource can be used to add constant properties or claims to the sync process, i.e. values that are the same for all users and do not come from an external source.

Typical use cases:

• Providing fallback values in a sync pipeline that can be overwritten by later steps.
• Setting a fixed value for all users (e.g. a shared department or company name).
• Testing a mapping configuration with predictable values before connecting a real source.
