What is primedocs?

primedocs creates letters, contracts, reports, presentations and e-mails from templates. Choose a template, fill in a few fields, and primedocs produces a finished document in your organisation's design. Sender details, logo, fonts and footer are already correct.

primedocs takes four things off your hands:

  • Finding the right template. Only the templates released for you are shown, with search, favourites and recently used templates.
  • Filling in sender details. primedocs knows you through your profile and fills in name, function, phone and address automatically. Anyone with several roles switches profile.
  • Reusing content. Frequently used text blocks, tables or images are stored as snippets and inserted with a single click.
  • Taking over data from other systems. If your organisation has set up the connection, recipient addresses, case numbers or master data come straight from your business system (GEVER records management system such as CMI or Fabasoft, ERP, CRM) into the document, without retyping.

Which primedocs am I using?

primedocs is available in several places: in the browser as primedocs Web, as the Windows program primedocs Desktop, as an add-in right inside Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, and integrated into Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or your business system. Your organisation decides which ones you use. The route to a document is the same everywhere: choose a template, fill in the fields, create.

Which access points exist, what sets them apart and which modules work behind them is covered in Modules.
